How do I continue or complete my application?
You can log in to your candidate profile to continue your application. Access our career site Conduent Careers and "Sign up".
Will my application still be submitted if I didn’t complete the assessment?
To be fully considered for the application, you must complete all necessary steps that are provided during the application process. Be sure to review all steps otherwise, your application will be incomplete.
How can I check the status of my application?
Thank you for checking in! If you're selected to move forward to the next step in our process, a recruiter will contact you. You can also view your application status on your profile on our careers site.
I previously applied and haven’t heard back. What should I do?
If you are a good fit, someone from recruiting will reach out to discuss next steps.
Why does my application still say “In Process”?
"In Process" indicates that your application is currently being processed. This status means that the necessary reviews, evaluations or verifications are underway.
Why was I rejected from my application?
Rejected means that you are no longer being considered for your desired role. We have many great opportunities, so we encourage you to apply to another role.
Can I apply for multiple jobs?
You can apply to multiple roles, but please be thoughtful. Applying for multiple roles doesn't increase your odds of getting hired. Your best bet is to go for a role that you really want and are qualified for.
Can I reapply next year if I’m not selected now?
Absolutely! We encourage you to reapply when new roles open that match your skills and interests. Visit our Talent Community page to stay up to date with our openings.
Assessment and testing
I started my application on a different device and now I can’t access my assessment. What should I do?
Thank you for asking about assessment issues. If your assessment is incomplete you will be able to continue the process by logging back through assessment reminder sent to your email address.
How do I access or complete my assessment?
Reminder emails are sent and you can check it there.
Can I retake the assessment?
Thank you for your interest in Conduent. We understand the difficulty experienced, however, based on current procedures, we are unable to re-issue the assessment within 30 days of the initial completion date.
How do I know if I passed the assessment?
Assessment results are not always shared directly. If you move forward in the process, you’ll be contacted by a recruiter.
My assessment was interrupted. How can I resume it?
If our assessment is incomplete you will be able to continue the process by logging back through assessment reminder sent to your email address.
When selecting the link, I received an error, what should I do?
If an error occurred, it can be due to expired assessment link or you've already completed the assessment in the previous 30 days. If this does not apply to you and believe it's a technical error, you can submit your details within our support form.
How can I see my assessment test results?
Unfortunately, assessment test results are not made available to candidates.

Interview formats may vary. You’ll get details by email this could be a phone, video or in-person interview depending on the role.

After you've applied, if you're selected to move forward to the next step in our process, a recruiter will be reaching back out to you! The first step in our process is to apply for a role that interests you. If you are a good fit, a Recruiter will reach out to you.
