About the roles

Finance, Procurement and Accounting teams in India are a shared service center providing exceptional services to our clients across the world. The teams are responsible for handling cases related to Accounting & Finance across AR–OTC, AP–P2P, Vendor Maintenance, Service Desk, and Procurement, supported by strong analytical skills in Excel and efficient typing abilities.

Is there part-time work available?

We only offer full-time opportunities at this time.

What are the shifts available?

We have multiple shifts, which include nights, weekends, and shift rotations.

Is there a transport facility?

We provide convenient two-way cab facilities for hassle-free employee transportation

What is the role of this job?

Manage end-to-end financial operations, including maintaining records in line with policies and procedures, vendor master data management, query resolution, invoicing, client payments, reporting, month-end activities, and books of accounts.

How many cases/issues will I take in a day?

An average of 30 to 80 cases per day, depending on the process complexity and skill set.

What does a day on the job look like?

A day on the job involves working on cases and periodically attending meetings and/or training sessions.

At times, number of cases will depend on the volumes and time period.

What if I have booked a vacation during training?

Attendance is critical during training. You must graduate training to move into production. We cannot approve time off during training.

Structured growth paths are available for most of our positions. This will obviously depend on the individual’s performance, whether they qualify to grow.

We also allow internal mobility across businesses and verticals after meeting specified tenure requirements.

How long do I need to wait before I can apply to a new position?

You may apply for a new position after being in your current role for at least 18 months and have a satisfactory performance evaluation.

Can one move into other fields with other clients, including management?

Yes, there are opportunities for advancement. In fact, a lot of people who started where you are starting have been promoted to client-facing and management positions.
