Job Offer If selected, you'll receive a conditional job offer.
Onboarding Prepare for your first day by supplying all of the necessary information.
Applying for a job
 Start your journey by searching through our current openings and selecting the job that's perfect for you. 

Once you've found the perfect match, click on apply and complete all of the necessary steps. Some jobs may require an assessment, and the steps will be included in the application process.

Screen and interview
 Once you've applied one of our recruiters will review your information, and if you seem like a good fit they will reach out for a phone screening or schedule an interview.

Depending upon your location and the job you are applying for, you may be asked to conduct an in-person interview at a Conduent facility, or an interview via phone or a video platform. Your recruiter will provide all of the details.
Conditional job offer
 Once you've applied, been interviewed, and been selected for the role, your recruiter will reach out with a conditional job offer.

Your job offer will include all of the job, location, and salary details. Your recruiter will also assist you with any conditional items that may be required, such as background checks or other pre-employment screenings.
Onboarding process 
 By now, you should be getting excited, you're about to start your new career with Conduent.

During the onboarding phase, you will complete all paperwork required to start employment. This may include verifying identification and completing any forms required by local authorities.
Beware of recruiting fraud
Job applicants should be aware that recruitment, interview, and offer scams do exist. These scams are often done via social media and other internet tools, and scammers oftentimes use a company's logo and/or photos to appear legitimate.  If you have any concerns about communications from anyone claiming to be from Conduent, please do not hesitate to verify the individual's relationship with and role at Conduent by contacting Conduent HR at recruitmentfraud@conduent.com. Also be aware:
  • Conduent only uses conduent.com for email communications.
  • Conduent will not request money or your banking or credit card information.
  • Conduent will not ask you to purchase equipment to start working.
  • Conduent will not ask you to meet at a location other than Conduent offices and select job fairs and hiring events.
