About the role

A Customer Service Associate assists with customer questions, inquiries, and issues. You will take phone calls and answer customer queries. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes.

We have multiple shifts, which include nights, weekends, and shift rotations.

What is the role of this job?
The primary role of this job is to clarify customer queries about their order package while maintaining the customer satisfaction score daily.
How many calls will I take in a day?
The number of calls you will take in a day varies from day to day. There is no set number of calls you take, but on average, each associate handles 60+ calls a day. 

This is a high-volume inbound call position. You should expect to be on calls for the entire shift.
Are the calls inbound or outbound?
You will only receive inbound calls until you progress to a Tier 2 line of business, where you can also complete outbound calls as a follow-up in some cases.
What does a day on the job look like?
A day on the job looks like being at your desk answering customer phone calls, providing necessary assistance, and periodically attending meetings and/or training sessions.

At times, calls will be continuous, back-to-back.
What if I have booked a vacation during training?
Attendance is critical during training. You must complete training to move into production.

About the customer

Is it one client or product?
There is one client that you will be placed under. You will learn about delivery tracking and other delivery-related issues for the client and will be expected to upskill when the client feels you are ready.
What type of questions customers will need help with?
You will be assisting the customers with any tracking, delivery, address, payment, billing, refund, lost, damaged or missing shipment related issues.

How long do I need to wait before I can apply to a new position?
